Owners can release their properties through the Kimidar Group on a 5 year renewable basis. The initial 5 year term guarantees a market-beating 7% return every year. This flexible option gives owners the additional benefit of 4 weeks personal usage each year that can be taken personally or transferred to friends and family. There are no restrictions on when the property is occupied provided 30 days notice is given.

During rental periods all of the following are all undertaken by the professionals at the Kimidar Group:

• property servicing

• housekeeping, cleaning and guest assistance

• guest reception and visitor check in/check out

• account management and payments
