The Development Team
The Development Team behind the realization of Golden Park is a collaboration of visionary architects, hugely experienced construction consultants and experts in luxury tourism.
The key member of the Kimidar Group, instrumental in the creation of Golden Park, is MITD – Misr (Egypt) for Investment and Tourism Development. Having successfully established the adjacent Golden 5 City beach resort of five star hotels within an expansive beach environment, MITD have developed Golden Park to extend and enhance the opportunity of luxury Egyptian property ownership for international investors. It is one of a number of property developments in Hurghada City under the stewardship of MITD.
It is the combined specialist knowledge of the Kimidar Group in Egypt’s five star luxury tourism market that is the driving force to become the premier supplier of quality destinations for the international travelers to Egypt.
